Designed as a batch pre-mixed that is packed full of tastes associated with festive period, making it ideal for hosting a festive gathering. Reserve the remaining cordial for breakfast cocktails, puddings, or to mix additional servings of the drink.

Serves 10 servings
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Drink (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
A few cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
Making the Cordial: Place the listed components into a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Then, turn off the stove and let it to cool down entirely. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for around one month.
For the Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients into one large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then filter it , ideally through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the premix into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring lightly for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Pour into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil above the glass.
